MOTORCYCLE ENGINE PARTS · WHOLESALE SOURCING

Engine cylinder references for wholesale buyers

Compare supplier-catalogue cylinder labels, then send the engine code, exact motorcycle model/year, requested configuration, quantity and destination. The seller should confirm the cylinder identity, dimensions, mating parts and current commercial terms in writing before quotation.

The labels and images below are identification references from the supplier catalogue. They do not confirm vehicle fitment, bore size, kit contents, material, stock, price or MOQ.

SUPPLIER CATALOGUE STARTING POINT

Cylinder labels and variants to verify

Some catalogue labels distinguish material wording, cooling terms, engine-family codes or visible hole/feature descriptions. Treat each label as a locator for the supplier's row. Ask the seller to define each difference and confirm the correct application for the exact engine version.

ENGINE-FAMILY LABELS · CATALOGUE REFERENCES

C110 and Lifan cylinder labels

These entries show why the engine family alone is not enough to select a cylinder. Confirm the engine code and what the catalogue terms mean for the requested item.

Confirm the actual configuration. “Aluminum,” displacement and “water-cooled” are catalogue label terms, not complete material, dimension or fitment specifications.

WAVE 110 LABELS · CATALOGUE REFERENCES

Hole and feature descriptions

Four catalogue labels describe different Wave 110 hole and hanging-feature combinations, plus color wording. Match the actual part to a drawing or sample and ask the supplier to define the source terminology.

Do not select from a label alone. Verify hole position, mounting features, surface and engine application against the exact part and sample.

SPECIFICATION AND FITMENT CHECK

What makes cylinder quotations comparable

Two parts may share a model-family label yet differ in geometry or supplied contents. Ask the seller to confirm the points below for the specific reference and engine you intend to buy.

Identify the engine

  • Make, exact motorcycle model, year/generation and market
  • Engine code and OEM/supplier reference, if available
  • Air-cooled or liquid-cooled configuration as installed
  • Photos of the cylinder, mounting face and all ports/features

Define the requested cylinder

  • Bore diameter, cylinder height and measurement tolerance
  • Stud spacing, locating features and port orientation
  • Material and surface treatment stated on a drawing/specification
  • Whether piston, rings, pin, clips or gaskets are included

For like-for-like offers: request the confirmed engine application, drawing or sample comparison, exact package contents, MOQ, price basis, availability, lead time, packing and delivery scope in one written quotation.

PREPARE A WHOLESALE RFQ

Send details that prevent a wrong-cylinder quote

Separate confirmed engine information from open questions. Include one catalogue reference per requested variant so the seller can check each line before quoting.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Before you order an engine cylinder

Does a model name or engine-family code prove fitment?

No. Confirm the exact engine code, model year/generation, market, mounting details and part number with the seller before ordering.

Does a displacement label provide the cylinder bore specification?

No. Ask for the measured bore, cylinder geometry and tolerance for the exact reference, supported by a drawing or a checked sample.

Does “water-cooled” or “aluminum” identify the full kit?

No. Confirm the cylinder configuration, material specification, and whether piston, rings, pin, clips or gaskets are included in the quoted package.
