Clear and practical policy for stock trial + custom batch orders. We keep logistics communication in one thread and provide dispatch checks before shipment.
Routes: air/sea combinations are selected by volume, destination, and urgency.
Lead Time Standard
Stock-confirmed route (eligible parts): target 10-15 business days before dispatch after quantity and fitment are confirmed.
Mixed stock / stock-to-order route: 15-25 business days before dispatch after supplier confirmation.
Made-to-order / OEM route: 45-60 business days before dispatch after drawing, sample and color confirmation.
These are procurement / production buffers only. International shipping, customs and last-mile delivery are confirmed separately before PI.
