WHOLESALE MOTORCYCLE PARTS · CUSTOM REQUESTS
For wholesale buyers evaluating a buyer-specified part or a permitted design adaptation. VOBOM coordinates sourcing inquiries; supplier capability, design rights, tooling, samples, commercial terms and delivery are checked for each request before any order is approved.
Start from your approved drawing, part reference or sample. State the revision, units, critical dimensions, material and permitted brand or label use.
If you want to review or modify an existing design, identify the changes and ask who owns the design and what use rights can be documented. The ODM label alone does not prove supplier authority.
Factory identity, engineering scope, tooling, minimum quantity, price, sample availability, quality checks and lead time are not assumed from a request. Confirm them in writing for the specific item.
Reference number, installation position, drawing or clear sample photos, revision and any superseded references.
Vehicle make, model, year and market version when relevant; material, finish, dimensional tolerances and inspection points.
Prototype or production quantity, repeat-order estimate, packaging and labels, destination country and required delivery terms.
Check that the drawing, sample and revision identify the same item.
Ask the responsible supplier to confirm capability, rights, tooling and any exclusions.
Record sample approval criteria, inspection scope and who signs off before a batch.
Confirm item identity, MOQ, price, availability, lead time, packing and delivery before authorizing an order.
