This policy explains the standards used for VOBOM’s sourcing guides, product references, AI planning concepts and commercial claims. VOBOM is an independent sourcing coordinator, not a manufacturer, certifier or testing laboratory.
A polished page, AI illustration or supplier catalogue image is not proof of VOBOM ownership, a completed order, product performance, inspection, certification or delivery.
What our content is for
We publish practical information to help overseas buyers prepare a clearer sourcing brief, compare written information and identify questions that should be resolved before an order.
Buyer guidance
Checklists and RFQ guides explain what a buyer can specify and what still needs seller or supplier confirmation.
Product references
Unverified items stay marked as references or pending review. Fitment, materials, dimensions, price, MOQ, stock and timing are not treated as confirmed without current project-specific written information.
Transaction guidance
Order and payment pages explain which documents buyers should compare. A website enquiry is not an order, and VOBOM does not imply that online card checkout is available.
Business identity
We describe VOBOM as an independent sourcing coordinator. We do not present VOBOM as a factory or claim that a partner’s workshop, staff, certificate or production line belongs to VOBOM.
Evidence and claim checks
Before publishing a material commercial claim, the supporting source and its scope should be identified. A claim should not imply more than its record proves.
- Order quantities, dates, prices, savings, delivery outcomes and quality results require project records that support the exact detail.
- Supplier capabilities, origin, materials, standards and certificates must be attributed accurately and used only within the permission and scope that apply.
- Fitment, specifications, pricing, availability and lead times remain subject to written confirmation for the specific request.
- Testimonials, reviews, logos, customer messages and customer images must be genuine, accurately quoted and authorized for publication.
- We do not invent star ratings, buyer quotations, customer identities, completed orders, test results or certification claims.
AI-assisted material
AI may assist with drafting, visual planning or explanatory examples. Where a generated concept could be mistaken for evidence, it must be visibly identified as AI-generated or illustrative.
The category case pages currently contain hypothetical AI planning examples. They are not real VOBOM transactions, customer reviews, quotations, production photos or delivery evidence. We may publish documented transaction examples only after checking the supporting records and permissions.
- An AI planning scenario is hypothetical unless separately verified against a real order record.
- An AI image is not a customer, supplier sample, factory photograph, inspection record, certificate or shipment photo.
- AI-generated buyer wording must not be presented as a customer message, quotation or testimonial.
- Final specifications, prices and service scope are confirmed through the responsible seller’s written quotation or order documents—not by an AI mock-up.
Sources, authorship and corrections
We do not publish an editor’s name, professional qualification or inspection credential unless the real person’s identity, role and permission have been verified. Where a page makes a factual claim, we aim to identify a relevant primary source or the kind of project document needed to confirm it.
If a material error is identified, the page should be corrected promptly. Where a correction changes a buyer-relevant claim, the update should be described on the page when practical. This policy does not guarantee that every historical page has already been independently re-audited; page-specific confirmation remains part of ongoing maintenance.
Buyers can flag a possible error or ask for clarification through the contact page. Please include the page URL and the statement in question; do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal documents.
Commercial boundaries and buyer checks
VOBOM may coordinate sourcing work when that scope is agreed. The contracting seller, payment beneficiary, goods, price, delivery scope, inspection and after-sales obligations must be stated in the project documents. Confirm changed bank details through a previously verified channel.
