A clear agreement for every print project.

01 · SERVICE

Scope of service

VOBOM PRINT coordinates custom print, packaging and related production support. A project may include supplier matching, artwork preflight, proof review, production coordination and delivery planning. The written quote and approved brief control the final scope.

02 · QUOTE

Quotes and approval

Displayed prices are planning guidance unless a dated quote states otherwise. Quantity, dimensions, material, finishing, freight, taxes and rush requests can change the final amount. Production starts only after the customer approves the brief, proof and applicable quote.

03 · ARTWORK

Customer-supplied content

The customer confirms that it owns or is licensed to use every logo, image, font, mark, design and claim supplied for reproduction. The customer is responsible for spelling, regulatory statements and final proof approval.

04 · PRODUCTION

Timing and tolerances

Turnaround is a target that begins after usable artwork, required information and proof approval are complete. Minor variation in colour, cut, fold, registration or quantity can occur within commercially reasonable production tolerances and will be assessed against the approved proof.

05 · DELIVERY

Inspection and claims

Inspect the shipment promptly and keep the packaging and delivery evidence. Send the project reference, photographs, quantity affected and a description of the issue through the support route so the record can be reviewed.

06 · DATA

Privacy and retention

Project, contact and artwork information is used to respond to the request, coordinate production and provide support. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for storage and measurement choices. Production deployments must set an access policy and retention schedule.

07 · LIMITS

Responsibility

Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation, governing law or dispute clause must be completed for the operating entity and buyer location before launch.

08 · CONTACT

Questions before approval

Include the quote or project reference when asking for clarification. Use the contact page for support, artwork questions, delivery records or a request for a revised quote.
