Which file types can enter the local artwork flow?
The preview accepts PDF, AI, PSD and common image-file metadata. Connect your production preflight service before launch and use Artwork Upload for the project record.
What should the file include for bleed and safe area?
Build the file to the selected finished size, extend background artwork through the required bleed and keep critical copy inside the safe area shown by the approved template.
Can I request a proof before production?
Yes. The configuration and checkout flow record the proof preference. Use the Proof Center to review the local approval path; production should begin only after the required proof is approved.
How do I choose a material or finish?
Compare handling, writing, outdoor-use and finish notes on Materials & Samples, then keep the chosen option in the quote configuration.
Can two specifications live in the same quote basket?
Yes. Each product and option combination is stored as a separate project line so size, finish, quantity and turnaround remain visible.
Are the displayed prices final?
No. They are editable planning estimates. Final pricing, tax, freight and availability require your connected production and commercial systems.
How do I request a quote?
Configure a product, add it to the quote basket, review contact and delivery details, choose a proof method and complete final approval.
Where can I find the Q-number?
The local confirmation page shows the generated reference after a valid submission. The same reference appears in the account and project tracking routes.
Can I change a project after approval?
Contact support with the project reference. A specification, artwork or quantity change may require a revised estimate, proof or production date.
How do I repeat a previous project?
Open the Reorder Center, copy the prior record into a new quote and verify every current specification before submission.
When does the turnaround estimate begin?
Planning time starts after all required information, usable artwork and proof approval are complete—not when an unfinished product is first added to the basket. The Turnaround Planner keeps production and transit estimates separate.
What should I keep if delivery arrives damaged?
Retain the product, labels and packaging when practical, photograph visible concerns and open a review through Returns & Refunds.
What does the local account remember?
PRINT-specific browser keys can retain preview account, quote and project status. They do not read or overwrite VOBOM HOME state.
