VOBOM HOME TERMS

Set expectations before the room moves forward.

These original terms describe the boundaries of the independent HOME preview and the items that must be confirmed in a production agreement.

Last updated · September 1, 2026

1. Preview service

VOBOM HOME is a furniture discovery, planning and sourcing interface. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, catalog prices, availability, delivery windows, financing examples and store locations are illustrative preview data.

2. Product information

Product names, photographs, dimensions, finishes and materials are provided to help planning. Verify the final specification, sample, packaging, compliance documents and production lead time before placing a binding order.

3. Requests and order references

Forms and checkout create local review records. A generated VH-number confirms that a request was recorded; it does not by itself accept an order, reserve inventory, authorize payment or promise delivery.

4. Delivery and installation

ZIP planning, room-of-choice, pickup, assembly and access guidance are planning aids. Final service area, fees, appointment windows, carrier rules, installation scope and damage procedures must be confirmed by the production operator.

5. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact, destination and item information.
  • Confirm measurements, access routes, finish and quantity before a binding purchase.
  • Keep order references, packaging and condition evidence when raising an item concern.
  • Do not submit payment credentials, identity documents or confidential third-party data to this local preview.

6. Intellectual property

VOBOM HOME branding, original copy and local media belong to their respective owners. Do not copy, scrape or redistribute the interface, catalog or assets without permission. Third-party marks are not used as an endorsement.

7. Changes and governing terms

The operator may update preview content, routes and features. A production launch must replace this preview document with the legal entity, governing law, dispute process, taxes, returns terms and customer service contact approved for the target market.

Before launch. Have these terms reviewed by counsel for consumer, B2B sourcing, product safety, tax, accessibility, privacy and distance-selling obligations in every target market.
