1. Scope
This notice applies to the VOBOM HOME furniture discovery and sourcing experience, its local preview server and future production deployment under the furniture route. It does not apply to the VOBOM PRINT or VOBOM MOTO projects.
2. Information used
The preview may use details that you choose to enter, such as name, email, phone, delivery ZIP, room preferences, order reference and message context. Cart, saved pieces, comparison items and delivery preferences are stored in this browser to keep the demo journey coherent.
3. How it is used
- To render catalog, product, room-fit, delivery and support states.
- To save local preview orders, appointments, design briefs and customer-care messages.
- To diagnose a broken route or accessibility barrier when you submit a support request.
4. What the preview does not collect
The local checkout does not request card numbers, bank credentials, identity documents or live payment authorization. It is not a live inventory, financing, delivery or account provider.
5. Choices and retention
Use Privacy Preferences to clear optional browser choices. Local cart and wishlist entries can be removed from their respective tools. Preview service records remain in the HOME data directory until the operator removes them; a production deployment must publish a retention schedule and access controls.
6. Production data rights
A production release must provide verified access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out routes where applicable. Requests should be identity-verified and handled through the final operator, processors and regional requirements; the local preference form is not a legal data-rights submission.
