Prepare a useful packaging RFQ
If a detail is not final, choose the closest option and identify it as an estimate. Add units and a reference file when possible.
- Structure and size: box style and opening, finished length × width × depth, insert needs, and whether dimensions are internal or external.
- Material and print: paper or board preference, printed sides, surface coating, foil, embossing, lamination, and other requested finishes.
- Quantity and packing: expected order quantity, units per set or carton, labeling, and bundle requirements.
- Delivery context: destination country/postcode and target date. Packed dimensions, weight, route, and agreed scope affect freight and timing.
After reviewing the artwork and specifications, request a written quotation that sets out the confirmed scope, price, lead time, delivery arrangements, seller or payee, and payment terms. Check and approve the documents before authorizing production or sending payment.
