- Compare approved dimensions, material and construction with the quoted specification.
- Confirm artwork proof, print sides, color reference and finishing before production.
- Agree what sample or production-stage evidence will be reviewed, and by whom.
- Specify quantity, packing method, carton marks and destination requirements.
What the written quote should state
Who performs the check; which item/quantity and criteria are covered; when the check occurs; whether it is on-site or evidence-based; what record is supplied; and any cost or limitation. If inspection is not listed, do not assume it is included.
