Start with the product shape, finished dimensions, order quantity and opening goal. Compare folding, rigid, magnetic, drawer and mailer structures before deciding on paper, board, finish or insert. The structure should be approved before artwork is finalized.
Send finished size, dieline status, print colours, bleed requirements, product photos and any insert or cavity drawing. A physical or digital proof should confirm the structure and artwork before the production run is released.
Review the approved sample, print and finish, die-cutting, assembly, insert fit, carton protection and destination. Sample, mixed-batch and MOQ scope should be confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed from a reference image.
